What does a steam ejector do?

Steam ejectors are vacuum harvesting devices and injection technology used in the field of heat conduction. In the 80s of the 20th century, this technology was introduced into China and began to be applied in engineering in recent years. Steam pump has simple structure, low investment, stable operation, reasonable matching of steam grade, recovery of low-grade steam liquid, and improvement of steam utilization efficiency is an important way to save energy. The product is widely used in food, medicine, chemical, metallurgy and other industries.
   
Steam ejector is a device that completely mixes and stirs steam and liquid in an instant to completely steam the liquid, and is a direct contact heating equipment with the following application advantages.
   
1. No mallet phenomenon. Since the mixing of steam and oil is instantaneously completed on the nozzle, the mechanical shear force generated by the two high-speed movements makes the mixing and condensation of steam and oil better, so there is no steam foam in the hydrothermal fluid after passing through the ejector. Avoid downstream steam hammer phenomena and improve the operating environment.
   
2. It can heat high viscous materials. High viscosity is heated with conventional heating equipment, which must be diluted or stirred thoroughly. Because when high viscosity is ejected at high speed from the nozzle of the steam ejector, it can provide a powerful shear mixing effect, thereby reducing the concentration of high viscosity. Therefore, there is no need to dilute highly viscous substances within a certain range, and steam ejectors can also be effectively heated to create conditions for high concentration fermentation.
   
3. It can heat larger particles of starch liquid. The powerful shear mixing effect of the steam ejector and the power generated by the high-speed flow of liquid materials enable the liquid with large granules of starch (diameter of more than 2 mm) to pass, which is of great significance to reduce the power consumption of raw materials and reduce production costs.
   
4. Save steam usage. The structure and operating principle of the steam ejector help to make full use of the heat energy and the liquefaction effect of the agitation. In the case of processing the same raw materials, high concentration hyperthermia is low, and concentrated steaming can save 10% ~ 40% of steam.
   
5. The flow range can be adjusted. Both the supply of steam ejectors and the inhaler can be adjusted in a range of 2:1, so that companies can adjust production according to different production seasons according to the changing needs of the market.
   
6. Reduce equipment investment and improve production efficiency. The traditional steaming process equipment is composed of heater, steamer, thick overnight tank, etc., with large volume and high investment cost, and the heated liquid should be kept in the steamer for 30 ~ 90min, and the productivity is low. The steam ejector can instantly boil the liquid material, and only maintain the effect of the steamer in the maintenance pipeline behind it for only 5min, without the need to make large equipment such as steamers and overnight tanks, thereby saving investment and improving productivity.
