On the afternoon of October 19th, Chairman Professor Wang Dexi was invited to participate in the online training meeting on the application and counseling of the "National Science and Technology Talent Program" hosted by the Science and Technology Department of Liaoning Province and undertaken by the Science and Technology Leading Talent Innovation Drive Center (Liaoning Promotion Center).
 


 

Professor Wang Dexi introduced the successful experience of declaration for entrepreneurs in the province from the perspective of declaring entrepreneurial talents on "what key contents should be mastered in the declaration", "the key points and attention issues to fill in the declaration form", combined with his own examples and experience.
